What an empty leg is

When a jet flies one way for a client, it often has to return or reposition without passengers. That flight is an empty leg, and operators offer the seats at a substantial discount rather than fly the aircraft empty.

The trade-off

Empty legs follow the aircraft's schedule, not yours. Departure times can shift, and the flight can be cancelled if the original booking changes. They suit travellers with flexible plans and a backup option.

How to book one

Browse our current empty legs, request the route that works for you and we will confirm availability, aircraft and price. Booking quickly matters: the best routes are usually taken within a day or two.
